Love at first sip
Every love story has a beginning. Ours starts at the edge of the world — Zimmah Coffee, Hobart, 2012 — but it was always going to lead here, to the city that takes coffee more seriously than anywhere on earth. First Love is our love letter to Melbourne: green beans picked fresh from the world's harvests and chosen with care, roasted in small batches by our own hands, and made — every single cup — for the person drinking it.
Today you'll find us at three doors across the city: our roastery in Footscray, where every batch begins; a standing-room coffee bar on Collins Street; and our cafe and catering kitchen in Cremorne. Come say hello — the coffee's made for you.
